The initial appoint includes a complete history and assessment. It all about you, and allows your program to be created. Perfect for those wanting an individualised experience. This is currently an online service for your safety - this will change as the environment changes. If equipment is required - please allow suitable time for delivery of equipment. I teach clinical pilates and can guide you through the use of equipment or mat based options. I also teach yoga, meditation, pranayama, and tai chi. Great to build your confidence, ask questions, gain knowledge about your body.
